Procedo's flagship framework
Human Performance is the consistent ability to think clearly, decide well, and act effectively under real conditions — pressure, fatigue, ambiguity, change — without sacrificing the wellbeing that makes it repeatable. Not a peak moment. What you can sustain on an ordinary Tuesday, week after week.
Systems over motivation. Built and delivered by Procedo.
Why Performance OS
A workshop, a certification, a keynote — most leadership models were built for a slower, more hierarchical world, and most programmes are judged by how satisfied people feel immediately afterward, not whether their behaviour changed weeks later.
An operating system runs constantly in the background. That's the real distinction: most of the industry sells events. Procedo sells a system.
Frameworks, first drafts and personality-style insight are now cheap and instant — anyone can generate them. What AI cannot do is build judgment under real uncertainty, regulate a nervous system under pressure, or earn trust on anyone's behalf.
Performance OS is built on the part of performance that stays human.
The framework
Culture and Energy aren't steps — they're the conditions the rest depends on, renewed continuously. The other five form a daily Operating Cycle: notice something and act, decide what's right, execute it well, do it with care, then reflect and improve — which loops back into noticing the next thing.
Responsibility for environment sits with every individual, at whatever level of influence they hold — not just leadership.
None of the other rules survive sustained depletion. Initiative drops, judgment narrows, precision slips, care turns performative.
We build the environment we want — we don't wait for it.
Defeats diffusion of responsibility.
Judged on reasoning, not just outcome.
Removes ambiguity, reduces cognitive load.
Keeps every other rule from curdling.
The meta-skill AI makes the real asset.

Manage your energy like it's part of the job.
Underneath the rules
Energy, recovery, nervous-system state.
Attention, decision-making, learning speed.
Identity, emotional regulation, confidence.
Habits, discipline, repeatable systems.
Trust, communication, collaboration.
Culture, incentives, structure.
The First Five
A short-video training framework built around the ten interpersonal skills that most consistently separate high-performing teams from struggling ones. Each skill runs through a small set of tightly scripted videos — about ten minutes, watched together as a team, followed by five minutes of guided discussion. The goal isn't awareness. It's practice: every video ends with one specific, actionable step to try that same week.
Ranked the #1 teamwork skill by employers — yet the skill people get the least direct feedback on.
The cognitive, emotional and behavioural discipline of actually taking in what's said.
What makes clarity and listening actually work under real pressure, not just in theory.
Highly engaged teams get feedback weekly; most people want more of it than they receive.
Teams that avoid disagreement to keep the peace end up with weaker ideas and unresolved tension.
Turns decisions made in a meeting into decisions the team actually delivers on.
The uncomfortable peer-to-peer conversation most teams quietly avoid, done in a way that works.
Named a top core skill by the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025.
Self-awareness about what you contribute, and enough awareness of teammates to lean on their strengths.
The compounding result of the other nine skills — reliability, honesty and vulnerability, sustained over time.
One video per session, in order, as part of a regular standing meeting — not a separate training event. Immediately after, the team takes five minutes to discuss a question tied to that skill, turning the idea into a shared team norm rather than something everyone just individually watched.
Build the world's leading intellectual property for Human Performance in the Age of AI — not by creating another coaching business, but by creating a system people use for decades.
Performance OS is the framework. The First Five and Procedo are how you put it into practice — through video training, coaching, courses, lectures and custom onboarding.

Why Procedo
Four of the seven Performance OS rules didn't start as theory — they ran a real, fast-paced hospitality operation for four years before this framework existed to name them. The rest were added deliberately to close the gaps that experience exposed.
Procedo was founded on a simple idea: how people treat each other at work matters more than almost anything else. Every course, lecture and onboarding programme we build starts from that belief — positivity, joy and humour included.
Fresh and engaging on interesting topics. Kjartan has a unique way of connecting with people, in person or online — positivity, joy and humour, always a good mix.
